Memory

Loathing the thought of remembering and memorising hundreds of cases and its facts,I'd decided to blog this topic..haha here's how it works:

1. If you make a deliberate effort through rehearsal and review, you can transfer information into your long-term memory. The more often you review that information after it is stored there, the greater your chances of avoiding memory decay and being able to recall it easily and quickly.

2. Don't kid yourself. If you are not active with the material while you are first encountering it,and then delay active remembering activities, you will forget it!!
