Heavy Snow Hits Britain
I departed from KLIA on 31st jan in the morning and arrived London at around 4pm. Thank God this time, the queue for immigration check was not as long as the last time when I came, though I actually waited for half an hour there.
Nevertheless, I stayed one night in London with my bro in Manor house. Gosh I didn't expect his flat to be so run down. The lift in his flat is gonna fall apart anytime, as well as his room door/ ceiling. (haha ok I'm exaggerating) We watched "five stars bumped into ghost" that night, which was indeed a good comedy. A great entertainment after such a long-and-tiring journey encountering the strong wind in London notwithstanding that it's -1 outside.
Now I understand why yesterday's cold was so unbearable. It's as if 1kg of ice is on my body. No joke. I mean, I was here for the past few months but it's not until that C~O~L~D.
Cos...
today it's SNOWING everywhere. It's really snowing in Oxford as well as in London.
This morning I realised my water kettle was empty, so I went into the kitchen, and this is what I saw.
Field covered with snow.
Bus stop in Paul Kent Hall.
My friend was stuck in London because of the heavy snow. Lol I enjoyed the view sooo much, but not the weather. Ai's lips cracked so badly, and I shivered so badly while waiting for U5 to come.
Some of my friends even came with umbrellas, and this is the first time I see white eyelashes. hahaha (lol snowflakes on mine as well)
I don't wanna fall sick again.( recalled the terrible cough I had when I first arrived in September) but I guess my body is getting used to the weather here.
I was hit by snowballs, thanks to Jeannie Chong.
I can't wait for June to come.
