Dry eyes effect!

While I was browsing through the September issue of Reader's Digest ,I found this article named "DON'T DRY YOUR EYES" very useful to those who's experiencing the dry eyes effect. So I decided to pose it up here.


Got red,stinging eyes?
You may have dry eyes syndrome. It's caused by everything from CONTACTS to rosacea, and can lead to impaired vision and eye infection, says Dr Robert Latkany, author of The Dry Eye Remedy.
East the pain:
1.Eat fish In a study, women who ate tuna two or more times a week had decreased symptoms. Fish oil supplements also help.
2.Rest your eyes at TV commercials Blinking produces tears, but when you stare at the screen, you blink less.
3.Give up contacts until your doc says it's OK.
4.Get enough sleep As you snooze, the film coating your eyes is replenished. Skimping cheats your eyes of the process.

We eventually sang lots of songs!Spent 4 hours inside the karaoke and I'm half dead when arrived at home safely.
I slept for 12 hours yesterday night.Could have slept more than that if my mum didn't knocked on my room door all of a sudden,and yet so loudly. Which gave me a huge fright.
I would be delighted if she said"We are going shopping!"
Instead,she said"We are going to Damansara Palace to eat!"
"......"
NO NEED TO WAKE ME UP LAR THEN..//NOT THAT WE ARE GOING TO SHOP THERE...
AND GOSH..IT'S ONLY 11AM!!

And now..waiting for mic's photos.
Tomorrow still have to wake up early for equity&trusts class.

The beauty hidden inside in a piano

The movie "secret" has really impressed me. I think its more of the lovely piano tunes rather than the story itself. They can play the piano absolutely well!!

Watched a movie today.It's fracture.Frankly,I didn't expect it to be that interesting.
And..there's this actor by the name of willy in that show,is so seriously good-looking that I just can't take my eyes away from him.Hahahaha!
Thought it's gonna be another boring show like nobita dinosaur.

Anyway,my motive for going to one-u today is to get an eye-liner. And,because my mum is going too,so I will be able to get a branded one.Hahahah!
At first,she suggested shiseido..whatever lah,as long as it's a good one.I dun mind.

When we were on our way to get tickets, I managed to get a glimpse of this 6 foot tall,blond hair,light blue eyed guy leaning against the pillar.I guess he was waiting for someone. So cute!! OMG...his long fringe makes him even sexier!! Such a handsome "amor" in malaysia??!!

So after the movie,we went round shopping..and I finally got my eye liner. It's from clinique,but I got my eyebrow pencil from shiseido.Hahaha!

On our way back,I almost banged into the "kon" of ''AWAS PEMERIKSAAN POLIS''!! Cos I was speeding..and luckily didnt got stopped! Hahaha!

1. I wear t-shirt with holes. Just don't wanna dump it or throw it away because it's still very comfortable to me.Hehe my dad was so mad that he warned me not to wear it anymore because the hole is too big until my back bra was so revealing.

2. I will open my wallet and start to count money almost everyday. Haha! Because I'm afraid that my maid could not be trusted. I used to leave my wallet lying around everywhere inside my room.So.. just to take precaution.

3. I'm a cry baby.My tears roll down very easily.But I wouldn't show it publicly.Just hold it until the moment I shut my room door and there goes the tears.

4. I love to drive bare-footed when I'm wearing heels. It's so painful to drive with heels seriously!

5. I find guys who smoke tend to be,at times, very cool.I KNOW IT'S STUPID,SILLY,DUMB! But i just can't help it! Dunno why.(Argh! I shouldn't be revealing this.)

6. I woke up this morning and found my saliva rolling out from my mouth.Haha! This is so weird.Well,maybe I'm just too exhausted.Cos I thought that only my small sis would.Now,I broke the record.

7. I love boys' stuff.I fancy cars,games,shirts and pants from billabong,BG,radioactive,volcom and TL really cool.But,of course,I'll still wear skirts and heels.Sometimes I tend to dress up like a tomboy.Jaja!

8. I scold vulgar words when I hit the boiling point. I become a lose canon monster then. I grabbed things like pen-knives and there goes your life.

9. I love to laugh.I laugh at everything.Haha! Most people find silly jokes lame,but I will laugh at it.And the sound of my laughters are really disgusting and horrible when I find it really funny.

10.I love bittergourd.Haha!
