The movie lasted bout 2 hrs 30 minutes.Then I went home and planned to do criminal assignment..but ended up blogging and uploading photos in frenster.Oh,msn chat,too.

Inattentive driving is becoming more of a problem as people ''multi-task'' by talking on the phone, or even watching TV as they drive. We can't control the actions of other drivers. But learning defensive driving skills can help us avoid the dangers caused by other people's bad driving.
Seven Elements of Defensive Driving
1. Think safety first.
Avoiding aggressive and inattentive driving tendencies yourself will put you in a stronger position to deal with other people's bad driving.Leave plenty of space between you and the car in front. Always lock your doors and wear your safety-belt to protect you from being THROWN from the car in a crash.
2. Be aware of your surroundings.
Check your mirrors frequently and scan conditions far ahead of you. If a vehicle is showing signs of aggressive driving, slow down or pull over to avoid it. If the driver is driving so dangerously that you're worried, try to get off the road or highway by turning right or taking the next exit if it's safe to do so.
3. Assume the worst.
Assume that drivers will run through red lights or stop signs and be prepared to react. While driving, imagine that other drivers(especially truck drivers) don't see you when you are making your way into their path. Also, keep an eye on pedestrians and pets along the road.
4. Stay cool,calm and collected.
It's best to avoid making eye contact with aggressive drivers. As hard as it can be, ignore any aggressive facial or hand gestures. And don't race aggressive drivers-you run the risk of inciting their road rage. Other drivers do stupid things. The best drivers don't get mad or try to get even.
5.Get the authorities involved.
If you see an aggressive driver or trouble ahead, get to a safe place to pull over and call authorities or the police. Any information you can provide-a description of the vehicle, its license plate number, the direction its going-will be helpful. Some areas allow you to use your cell phone to call the appropriate authorities with special numbers like #77. If an aggressive driver crashes or causes an accident, try to stop safely a good distance from the scene. Wait for the police to arrive so that you can tell them about the aggressive behaviour you witnessed.
6.Don't drive if you are under the influence or very sleepy.
Alcohol, illegal drugs and some prescription medications affect a person's judgement, including the ability to make important braking and steering decisions on the road. That means you'll be less able to react quickly and drive defensively. Sleepy drivers can be just as bad as intoxicated drivers, so make frequent rest stops or let a friend drive if you're tired.
7.Don't take risks.
When in doubt, don't pass. And keep a safe following distance. That way you can avoid a collision, stay in your lane and not gear-ended if the driver in front of you slams on the brakes.

I thought 6.5 only? Why, out of the blue..increases to 8.0?? I was,at first,lil bit relieved for not having to retake legal method.
I was confused about the essays for criminal.How to start? I need guidance.For general defences.I didn't touch criminal for a long time.
I was doing my contract assignment just now.Thinking..brainstorming..and finally I managed to draw out a full answer.But there's still some doubts I need to clarify.
I haven't settle my Human Rights homework.I can't find the speech of John Smith's.Went to search the internet.And all they gave me is everything except that speech.And I don't know what to do with the case-Brown v Stott.
And there's another contract homework.I haven't touch that yet.
Having accepted the fact that I need to study legal method is still ok,since I was given the chance to resit.Not retake.
And hope that I would pass my constitutional law.Just hope that the moderator in UK wouldn't pull down my marks.As Ms Savitha was really damn strict in marking our essays.She gave me a B for my essays that I handed up,and she wrote''keep it up'',but only willing to give me a borderline pass for my exam paper.I don't know what's going on.

Thanks to my dad and mum for being so supportive.I would never give up.I do not want to disappoint you all,and,most importantly,myself.
I told myself to work harder,to face everything that is coming my way,in order to achieve my goals.
Because,at the end of the day,the person who gets the degree is me myself.Not anyone else.But why is everyone so concerned over me like they are getting it?
Especially my parents.Why are they so worried?Like they are getting the degree.They tend to worry as much as I do.Or even more.They keep motivating me.
They are paying so damn much for my education.And the fact that they have to pay in pounds when I'm going to UK next year.It's like 7 times of RM.And I'm going there for 2 years.
And at times,I tend to compare them with other parents.For giving me curfews,for not letting me go to certain places,this and that...blaming them for letting my big bro coming back late while I can't(my curfew starts at 6pm)..this and that...throwing my tantrums around...shouting..banging doors...tables...like a mad cow.
I would just realise the bad.I wouldn't think of the good.For giving me such a comfortable life.I do not need to worry about anything regarding financial difficulties.Never ever think of that.For financing my education,for giving me such a big house,room,ipod,laptop,branded goods,big bday party celebration.And they love me very much.
From now onwards,I would be a better daughter.
And I would never give up.I would study harder,putting in more and more effort,until I get what I really want.
My family and I,together with my relatives,set off at 12pm from KD to Banting.The journey took about 45 mins.We passed the KLIA exit,headed to Pulau Indah's exit and went all the way straight till we reached Banting.Oh,passed by Klang too.This is my second time to Banting,and I realised one thing.Banting ppl will never gonna worry about their car's petrol level,haha because there's petrol stations almost everywhere!Haha simply spotted it when I took a gaze in that area.A few factories,schools,and there's this MCS college.My lil sis was asking'how come they sell clothing in college?' Ya.I saw it.But..not too sure whether its inside the branch itself.Then there's FAJAR beside it.My mum was like saying'FAJAR KEPONG shifted here' Im like..huh?? So they shifted to Banting.OK.
Eventually we reached beggars chicken.Then my big bro was like waving and said'minyuen see this!'The way they do the chicken.Its like in a unique way.I enjoyed the food there.Yummy..boneless fish,some pork meat with herbs,chicken legs with special herbs too,and some other delicious dishes.Tasty.But there's one thing I loathe about.THE FLIES.OH MY GOD.Its like AT LEAST 10 flies surronding our table.So we took turns to chase it away..one hand grabbing the food,while the other chasing FLIES.We had been doing that for roughly 10 mins,then we asked for CANDLES.Haha my ah yee cant tolerate it anymore!! Haha we called for 2 big candles,but it didn't really help much.Flies still come visiting us.Damn.And due to the windy weather,the candlelight was blown off.Pooh.So we just don't bother and continue eating.My lil cuz,yiyang,was so irritated until he shouted ''Ping!!'' Haha his face was so LONG AND BLACK because of the flies.He didn't eat much.Too irritated.Hahaha.
Then we had Royal Salute wine.My dad brought from home.40% of alcohol.Haha almost drunk.But it was nice.Face turned red after that.Haha.
Then we went to the opposite temple to pray as today is Wesak Day.So I prayed.Telling my wishes.Briefly enjoyed the scenery there..my dad bought lots of fruits,then we went back to K.damansara..together with my lil cuz sitting in my car!!Heheee....jpg)

OK...I went to read my cuz's blog.Oh..!April 28 was yesterday!!!How come I didn't realise??? I took a glimpse at my phone.29 April.Oh shit...no wonder my mum insisted of going back to malacca..no wonder..but my dad disagreed.He said we r gonna go back next mth..so no point going back this week..OK.
April 28..is the day where everybody would make a point to go back to malacca,ujong pasir,to gather and have a simple reunion.For a dinner.It's on this date where my grandparents celebrated their sweet& lovely marriage for 50 years.Golden anniversary.Apr 28 for this year was horrible then.No reunion in Ujong Pasir.No laughters,no cheers(yam seng~~),no meeting lovely relatives& cousins,no karaoke,no sleeping together wif my lovely cousins,no eating br8fast and lunch and dinner wif them,no chats and gossips,not knowing how are they faring.It's BAD.I missed them like hell.Didn't manage to go back for grandpa's 100 death days because I'm having my exam.Which means that I wouldnt be able to meet meixuan,hongwei,peiyi,weiyi,my uncles and aunties...
So,from now on,Apr 28 would no longer be a reunion day for us.Unpredictable.Really unexpected.And I thought of my grandma.How is she now?? Even though she sounds ok on the phone..(as I talked to her two days ago)but I wouldnt really know if she's ok.I got a feeling that she will be lonely.Dont know y.The memories of seeing her being so depressed really hurts.I had never seen my grandma so so depressed when my family and I turned up in front of her house.Not even once.In my life.And neither did I see my relatives being so damn quiet while we arrived.They were folding the money papers.As i walked passed the green gate,I saw ah gong's photo surrounded by flowers.There's an unusual mood.Really really weird.As I lighted up the joystick,I took a glimpse on ah ma sitting on the sofa,with her teared eyes.She looked so fatigue.Then I heard my mum burst out crying.My bros and sis were very quiet.Not the usual them.They would usually be jumping here and there..like monkeys.It's about 11pm at that time.

My dear friend,caroline suggested to go to Shogun-japanese buffet restaurant to eat.I wanted to go there very long edy but no chance.So,me,her,weichao,huajie,and alif went.Haha..finally..after all the boring days at home..I'm going to one u..hehehe..maybe is because I'm too lazy to go to one-u unless there's any events.Okay.So I missed the beauty workshop.Its ok.I didn't regret it.
The food is delicious~~~yummy!I luv the shakfin soup,unagi,chicken teriyaki,cheese oyster,salmon,and some of the raw fish,sushi,mushroom soup,fried prawn,cawan mushi(I'd eaten two bowls)etc etc..and the dessert..ice cream..yummy tasty delicious~~and its only 50 bucks per head..haha if you got two heads then you have to pay 100 bucks la..hahahaaa so worth it!!My stomach is so so full now..ahahah

Bout the client interview..Thank God it's a good one. Ms Awanis liked it.My clients were claiming for properties owned by their dad(deceased).The estimated value is 2 mil.They were fighting during the whole interview,me and esther had to keep on calm them down.It's not easy to handle them as this is my 1st experience.Btw, I'm so pleased. At least I need not worry bout that.Mooting is killing me.There's so much work.Besides finding my bundle of authorities, I need to scrutinise my opponent's ones as well..and then I need to prepare my script for that..and then there's so much homework for criminal subject..3 long questions..I guessed we need to write 9 pages of essays..-.-

Nervous.Preparing my contract law textbook and searching high and low for my contract notes,I grabbed my wallet and handphone and slipped it into my bag. I was allowed to use the car and so, took the car keys and remote and headed straight to KDU college. It was 7.50 am, reached college at 8.05 am. Saw a nice parking place..hehee rested for 15 minutes then received a phone call from wei yee, my close friend in college. She informed me that she's already in cafeteria. So I went to find her. Ordered a Hainanese Breakfast Set and a hot Milo.
4 hours of torture of contract law. I can't really recall which topic she covered. My eyes were half opened.Oooh.Finally she gave us a break.A half an hour break. Then only I realised Pik Khee actually knocked someone's car. Her Proton Waja was not badly damaged,merely scratched, but the Aveo Chevrolet was badly dented.Wow.Waja is tough baby. She went to the Guard House and managed to get the owner's phone number and contact him.
After class, at 1pm, we went to starbucks coffee in One U Old Wing, as it is so much wider compared to New Wing Starbucks.Wow it's so hard to find a proper parking place during Saturdays.. As usual, I ordered an ice blended Mocha without whipped cream, and a chicken union roll, as I had not taken breakfast. Any food looked appealing.Haha.Spotted a cute guy hahaa..hehee with his laptop..
We discussed about the mooting session. Case- Paper v Cotton. Haha..read the chapter of offer and acceptance. I am the respondent for the case, and the junior counsel. Aaa..I need to argue more than Amirah.She's my senior counsel. Two days ago, only realised there's gonna be a client interview the coming tuesday. And I'm the 1st team. Same goes to Mooting. Wow lucky number one for both. We are not told who is going to be out client. Not even the facts of the case. Basically we need to be very well-prepared and need to think wisely of what questions we are supposed to ask our clients in order to obtain full information, and also to propose an appropriate solution for their unsolved doubts.
Finally I fetched my friends to my house. My relatives already arrived. I'M SO EXCITED. Hehee..dont know why.Luckily the party went on very smoothly,no rain. Hahaa..here's some photos..

While I was cracking my brain of completing my essay of voluntary manslaughter,my cousin asked me '' Never update blog?'' Oh..great idea..hehe because I really get stranded in writing my essay.The question goes like this:

Jan 2007 must be a bad month for me.Just 3 days ago,I was involved in a car accident where I knocked into a curb and my tyre got punctured.Then trouble came.It was raining heavily and dark,and the tyre appeared to have let out smoke.Gosh.What on earth??!!Then today,I suddenly noticed that my wallet wasn't in my bag.Oh God.I find and find and find.Rushed up to the computer lab which is 3 floors up,then rushed down to the library..rushed to the moot court.And I found nothing.Then I went to the library and search and search and search.Cold sweat.I'm confused.Kua jin and sia sia were there and they helped me to find my wallet.Find and find and find.Nothing.Out of the blue I needed to pee.Ah forget bout it,my missing wallet is more important!So I reported to the student services..and here's what I wrote..

Then I roughly survey the students in KDU..they are different from taylors' people.But I just can't spot the difference.I really dunno why.Then there's this nice guy about 180 cm tall and kinda have a muscular body seeked me if I need help.I stunned for awhile.Then he led me to wherever.He's also very friendly.So I told him details with wh questions.
This has been my 3rd day in KDU college.Although I still not used to the new surroundings,I'm still grateful for the friends I'd just made as they are super duper friendly and helpful as I didnt attend my 1st day of college.They actually noticed my absence and asked me loads of questions as I hardly know them.The day I saw them was during the course orientation.The nervousness is gone.
Then I have friends who's so kind where they asked me'' wanna get some cold hard cash?''haha..lovely..we kinda of ''berpakat'' and I'll get 150 bucks at the end of the day.Awesome! But bare in mind we didnt do anything illegal,as we are law students..haha
The 1st day in Kdu was quite ok..I actually went to explore the whole college look see look see,its definitely better than taylors' by 70%.Maybe is bcuz they renovated the building and the cafeteria.The building reminds me of IKEA ,haha becuz it contains blue and yellow colour,while the cafeteria is damn huge,larger than taylors' by 40% gua..(by the way, I'm not good in estimating)haha..then I have a problem.I cant find the washroom..what on earth! I went hunting for the toilet,it took me 10 mins to find it as it's hidden in a small corner..sigh~~I went in lor..then as i finished peeing,once I opened the door,shocked me all of a sudden that Joyce stood before me and started screaming and hugging me!! I was totally blanked for 2 seconds haha maybe I didnt eat enough banana{as banana contains potassium??},that's the result of slow reaction gua~~Then I was totally overjoyed!! What on earth I would meet them there man!! Jenice was also there.They were my taylor's classmates and although we were not very close,but these two girls are seriously good in creating humours and would juz cheer up your day.Man I'm so happy!!
Then its time for our couse briefing.So Jenice and I headed to the KDU court which is in the 1st floor.I went in and I saw three large pictures-agong,his wife and Pak Lah.What on earth I have to see them everyday?? OMG..this is seriously....And there goes the Malaysian flag and the Selangor flag..super long and huge flags..errrrhennnnmmm
